Rayo Vallecano forced to close ground until mid-October over safety fears causing La Liga fixture ch
RAYO VALLECANO's ground has been closed for safety reasons after numerous fan complaints.
The Vallecas Stadium, which has a capacity of around 15,000, will not host games until mid-October at the earliest.

As a result Saturday's scheduled home with Athletic Bilbao has been postponed.
The decision comes after a meeting was attended by officials from La Liga, the club and the ground's owners.
This came after fans who attended the home match with Seville on August 19 complained the ground was in a 'dangerous state'.
Following promotion to Spain's top flight back in May, renovation work was carried out at the venue in order to improve facilities.
