THERESA May’s security team shut down a service station on the M54 motorway for a toilet break as she headed off for her Easter holiday. The Prime Minister was snapped at the Welcome Break in Shifnal, Shrops. while on her way to Wales. Witnesses said the ladies toilets were declared “out of bounds” to the public while May “freshened up” for several minutes at about 12.45pm on Saturday. Delivery driver Jake Garbett, 23, said he did a double take when he saw the PM walking past shops and a Starbucks to use the loo.

HEARTBROKEN fans of Sam Smith have been left begging the popstar for information after they suddenly cancelled a slew of UK tour dates. Worry first began when Unholy singer Sam dramatically axed the remainder of their latest show whilst four songs into their set during a gig in Manchester last night. It left fans in a panic as they speculated over the future of the tour. During the concert in Manchester, Sam managed to perform four songs before they left the stage and the house lights went up at the AO Arena shortly afterwards.

A MAN who ordered more than 200 Land Rover Defenders before the model went off sale in 2015 now has people paying him up to £220,000 to have one. The man in question is Charles Fawcett, owner and founder of Twisted - a company specialising in bespoke modified Defenders. Twisted has been working through the Land Rovers put into storage, and is now offering another 16 to potential buyers. The vehicles have fewer than 30 miles on the clock and there are just two Defenders available in each of the eight colours up for grabs.

POLICE are scouring a river for clues after a 26-year woman is feared to have been murdered at a block of flats. A 27-year-old-man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is in custody. Cops were called to Shuttleworth House in Lincoln over concerns for the welfare of the woman. Lincolnshire Police are carrying out searches in the Bassingham area, with items "currently being recovered from the river" according to the cops.
