HUNDREDS of Met cops and staff are alleged to have been ripped off for £450,000 in a theatre and concert tickets scam. The scale of the losses emerged after a sergeant on the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection command was arrested on suspicion of fraud. The officer ran the social club fund but is alleged to have used it to feed a betting addiction. Around 400 say they paid for cheap tickets through the club which did not materialise and they were not reimbursed.
